30+ years of manufacturing organization leadership experience: Following military service, Dan learned manufacturing and project management from the ground up. He has held roles as production supervisor, plant manager, R&D/NPD leader, and global project manager as well as C-Suite executive roles (VP Ops/COO) leading operations with international responsibilities. He has 10+ years of consulting experience and has often been cast in a “change agent” role facilitating organizational effectiveness in legacy operations in multiple domestic and international locations. Dan also has extensive experience running major projects to build and launch new manufacturing operations in the U.S. and overseas. He leads from the front, enjoys talking with factory floor staff and succeeds by building and mentoring high performance teams.
